Former racehorses are becoming increasingly popular for very good reason. They are athletic, trainable and intelligent.

So many have become outstanding eventers like 'Stunning' and 'Parklane Hawk' competed by William Fox Pitt, 'Moonfleet' for Andrew Hoy, Gemma Tattersall’s 'Arctic Soul' and my very own favourite 'Over To You' who I had the pleasure of riding when I worked at Jeanette Brakewell’s yard.
Many more are giving pleasure to riders at all levels and in all disciplines.

I can help you get the best out of your former racehorse, whether you are looking for a companion to hack, participate in riding club activities and unaffiliated events or are developing a future superstar.

The process requires patience and the building of trust as they adjust to being asked to do things that are very different but it is wonderful to watch the transformation of these magnificent thoroughbreds.

He was a race horse until a year ago and I have retrained him. He is the nicest horse to work with and tries his best with every new experience.
He is a yard favourite!
